Our History

Beginning in 1978, Heaven Sent Courier has been Philadelphia’s number one courier company. Since then the roads may have changed, and communications have certainly changed, but our commitment to giving the best possible service has not changed. We have succeeded by offering great service at a competitive price.

Our Staff

We strongly believe that the only way to provide the best service is to only hire the best staff.

In the warehouse we use a team approach, where a customer service representative and a dispatcher work side by side to insure that every delivery exactly meets your requirements. After taking careful note of your instructions and deadlines, we then do anything, and everything, necessary to get the job done.

On the street our fleet of couriers includes bike messengers and drivers of cars, vans, and trucks. All staff have passed background checks and vehicle inspections, and have completed a rigorous training program. Our staff are courteous and professional, and we have a zero tolerance policy in place towards infractions.

Our Location

Heaven Sent’s warehouse and offices are located in Center City Philadelphia, and are easily accessible to all major roads.

In the office we are a communications center, integrating voice, text, and internet into a seamless stream. Our staff’s expertise includes a computer programmer and Notary Public. We maintain industrial grade document duplication abilities, and serve as a ‘print and distribute’ back-up for our clients.

In the warehouse we have secure capacity for storage and distribution, and the technology and capabilities to accommodate any large scale project. Distribution includes our own network, plus integration with any common carrier.
